The leader of the unit is Prof Loto O.M. Prof Loto holds a bachelor of medicine and surgery from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He had his postgraduate medical education at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital complex, Ile-Ife. He is a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) and also a fellow of the National medical college in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FMCOG).

No. The process does not involve cutting you open. The eggs are picked up within 10 to 15 minutes under light sedation. Would the IVF process lead to my eggs being exhausted and would I attain menopause earlier than my peers?
No. The process does not deplete your eggs as all we do is recruit eggs in a cycle that ultimately would have died.
Yes. But because we stand to gain nothing by waiting for labour to commence, once your baby is fully matured, we often would prefer to deliver you by Caesarean Section.
